Team Formation

• All participants must be graduate students at Arizona State University and available to compete on campus on March 23, 2018.

• 3 to 5 students per team.

• Students from different graduate programs are encouraged to work together, but this is not a requirement.

• Students may not compete on more than one team.

 

Research

• You are encouraged to conduct research online, in books, or any other published resources.

• You are encouraged to interview industry experts or professors. However, do NOT discuss the competition with any Cisco employees or any of the judges.

• Be sure to cite anyone you interviewed at the end of your presentation.

 

Competition Format

• ​Your team will have 15 minutes to present to the judges and 10 minutes for Q&A. You are not required to have all team members speak during the presentation but they must be available for Q&A. 

• All 9 teams will compete in the morning round. Judges will select the top 3 teams to advance to the championship round in the afternoon.
